Durante 18 meses, la Organización para la Cooperación y Desarrollo Económico (OCDE) preparó un informe sobre el desempeño de Chile en innovación.
</p> <DIV class="sysIGT_Normal">
<P>Son tantas las críticas que hace a su institucionalidad, niveles de inversión, descoordinaciones entre entidades públicas y escasa diversificación productiva, que las autoridades chilenas debieron agradecer la "franqueza" del contenido.</p> <P>Hay una crítica a la duplicidad de funciones de órganos como Corfo y Conicyt, y más específicamente Fondef e Innova Chile, que apuntan a lo mismo desde distintos planos.
