kmakice says: This doesn't say, however, if people are liberal because they are more flexible, or if flexible people gravitate toward liberal politics. But it's an interesting study, nonetheless. Saw a study a few years ago that also suggested different tolerances of fear by party lines. I saw a study once that stated that every human being is different and has different feelings and emotions. "Conservatives tend to crave order and structure in their lives, and are more consistent in the way they make decisions." Well, that explains it. That is me. I'll side with Skwirlinator on this. Even though I disagreed with him on something else does this mean I like ambiguity and am therefore a liberal? -or- So I can excuse my poor political decisions on some genetic inheritance great! I'm no longer a responsible individual! What about my disgust with both political parties is that my ambiguity or desire for order? And anyways if Republicans desire order so much than why are so many staunch conservatives getting involved with underaged boys in chat rooms/male prostitutes/ and looking for happiness in mens bathrooms Shout outs to Idaho It's simple. Liberals excel at poetry, art, and buggery. Let them constrain themselves to those pursuits. Conservatives exercise power in a ruthless world and secure our security, freedom, and livelihood, so that the liberals can continue their poetry, art, and buggery. Wait did you miss like American conservatives for like the last half a year - "Buggery" is apparently very chic among conservatives these days And in case you don't follow what I mean by buggery here's 'buggery' Is that why conservatives won't digest the warnings coming out of the science of global warming? |
