“The basic systems are going to stay in place; they are too powerful to be challenged,” Wolin told me when I asked him about the new Obama administration. “This is shown by the financial bailout. It does not bother with the structure at all. I don’t think Obama can take on the kind of military establishment we have developed. This is not to say that I do not admire him. He is probably the most intelligent president we have had in decades. Deregulate the financial institutions, set the economy going with free housing loans (pay the interest later), invade a country to stress the economy, gather details on all citizens, set up the ultimate torture chamber (will create fear in those being taken to the camps referred to later), wait for the economy to implode, Obama doesn't succeed, dictatorship backed by Blackwater, the 400 camps around the country to accommodate dissenters,
Not sure where to put the Trade Centre incident, but it was a great distraction and a great way to create fear and collect information.
