Nice Guy. Always fought for the glory in a star studded Aussie lineup. Didn't have a great technique but had true determination to score runs. A good opener.

<FONT size="2">Langer is set to play his 105th Test this week and will follow Shane Warne and Glenn McGrath into retirement.

<FONT size="2">He made his Test debut against the West Indies in 1993 and has scored 7,650 runs with an average of 45.26.

<FONT size="2">"There hasn't been a waking moment for the last 20 years where I haven't thought about playing Test cricket so this is a tough moment," he said.
