Just dealing with the agenda as set out, the point is you may point to various presidents at different times BUT Bush did ALL of these things and more. The worse may be yet to come after, if, he goes. The precedent he set up of driving a stagecoach through the American system than was already severely broken may in the long run be worse than is now apparent.
