Sailors on a Royal Navy aircraft carrier have been reprimanded over a drunken 
  cross-dressing party in Istanbul the day after the Queen and the Turkish 
  president had made an official visit to the ship.

  spoken to the sailors involved about their "inappropriate" behaviour.
