" Words Nikos Kazantzakis used to describe himself in 1950. good stuff Desire is to want things that one does not posses now. Fear is to be afraid of losing what one already possesses. NK's words cover both. Hence the absence of desire and fear can set one free. That is how I interpret NK's saying. |
