The REAL Napster
Just as has been said all along...the 2 atomic bombs dropped SHORTENED WWII, and brought to a halt years of fighting. When you vaporize a city or two, people tend to take notice and rethink their motives for continiuning a losing war. good points, but that also reinforces the point that NO other nations must be allowed to acquire nuclear weapons for any reason. The current stockpiles are more than enough to obliterate major cities and cause untold destruction.

Nuclear weapons today are more of a liability issue that a security deterrent. The former soviet Union for example is considered a major threat to the world due to lax security and montoring of their nuclear stockpiles. By allowing more nations to acquire them, we only increase the odds that some nutcase will want to use them after the U.S. proved to the world that they do work and should never be used again.
