Having experienced the tender mercies of the US and British security arrangements at airports, I have great sympathy for anyone travelling between those countries ...and I'm white, middle aged, speak English and reasonably articulate.
I dread to think what it would be like if I was unable to make myself understood clearly.

I'm Japanese, but racist reaction of my compatriots scares me. They don't even want to understand that this is a problem for human rights. And I'm not talking about minority, but overwhelming majority...

Well I guess visiting old Nippon will be out of the question in the near future. Such a beautiful country.
