OK, forget my 'blog post, that can wait.

So here's what I saw when I looked at the 'soccer ball' picture in the article.

Remember when you see a bunch of bubbles form in the sink? Remember how the bubbles look on the inside of the mass of bubbles?

When bubbles touch, they can't maintain their spherical shape, so when pressed together, they form flat oposing faces, such as hexagons, pentagons .. even dodecahedrons!

Now, is anyone here familiar with the 'many worlds theory'?

Taking that theory in hand, what if our universe is just one of many trillions and what if what we see as the topology of our universe is the shape of our universe as a result of our local bubble being pressed against...

hmm...multiple universes...
I'm thinking that M-theory might play into this line of research nicely...

Imagine multiple universes, or realities, or even dimensions tucked into each other acting as a layer of water tension-like energy that binds us into this framework, while binding others into their own...

So I wonder what's on the other side of the looking glass...
