While the gist of this story is true, the "crudibility" factor is mighty high also. After the author lays out several valid points about the origins of Christianity he blows it at the end with his advert of his ESP and Inner Mind Development side business.

It just goes to prove that you can't let your guard down for a second without letting the woo-woo crowd in.

Well, enough said. I have to go and recharge the quartz crystal in my water pitcher!!!

Unfortunately not believing in a god doesn't necessarily mean you believe nothing, it often means you'll believe anything.

People see through the obvious falsehoods in established religion and instead of taking the rational perspective they invent their own woo out of souls and crystals and homeopathy and whatever. Sad.

Make darn sure that water is pure, not that poison tap water with all those nasty chemicals. And that water pitcher - it's not plastic, is it? Bad juju. Oh, and the quartz has to be clear and free of flaws, not in any way looking like a normal rock that one would get out of the common ground.

OK, then, you're good to go! Just remember not to have any negative thoughts while placing the crystal in the pitcher. Better be safe and do a smudging of the house to ward off the bad energy.

No need to worry. I use the specially treated Brita charcoal filter that I have been told contains the seeds of diamonds. This adheres to the concept of pre-diamond crystal filtering adopted by the obscure Holy Roll on a Snake sect located on the outskirts of Branson, MO. They meet on alternating Thursdays behind the new Wal-Mart.
