I have been experiencing sharp pains in various parts of the head that could be called similar to "ice cream headaches". They usually last from 10 to 20 seconds. I also have sleep apenea and have a machine that I use at night. My quality of life is quite low. I sleep about 8-9 hours at night and 4-5 hours during the day.
