I believe they did, and know exactly what they are doing! I would encourage everyone to take a good, hard, look at their representatives, and at the candidates they are in support of for the office of President of these United States, and ask themselves how they can support anyone who supports this tyranny and blatant disregard for OUR rights and for the US Constitution!

What scares me is that the conservative Supreme Court will back such a test (legal) if it's ever challenged. They believe in government OF the people, not BY the people.

I would have to say the best person to ask that to would be the person that wrote it/made the video. My take on the reason was several factors, neither have come out against it, silence=compliance, as often happens in politics when a politician is running for office, while supporting an unpopular bill, my own research was that Obama is on the "Senate committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs" which is pushing this bill through the senate http://www.govtrack.us/congress/committee.xpd?id=SSGA
