Crazy indeed, well over here in the UK our teenagers are daft enough to set them selves on fire... not when there's wheelie bins to be smoked:

I seen it done with alcohol, the light stuff that evaporates in seconds, but on a finger or maybe a hand, but not like this, this is just plain stupid.
