gotta be faked... clearly the "real girl" slowed down at the right time, "posing" or whatever. The rest of her movements were pretty natural, but just when the ghost was to appear, she slowed down. Seems very "on purpose" to me.

I thought the slowed down moment was the slowing down of the video so we wouldn't miss it. You're probably right. It was on the front page of Drudge for a few hours, now it's gone.

It looks fake. I think the sound effects add to the creepiness of the video.

I think it is fake too but you never know because ghost do exist. But I also think it was a very nice clip.
