Don't we have to determine its gender before we can impose the bifurcated *gender* rights system properly? Why not give them full rights before women have equal rights? It will prove very informative.

They should also give them the vote; that idea is just as nonsensical. Of course they can't give the proxy to the mother since she is a woman.
