Time to make your own tahini instead of buying it. It's not hard to make at all. You can make 4 cups of fresh tahini simply by grinding up 5 cups of sesame seeds in a food processor along with 1 1/2 cups of either olive or vegetable oil until you get a thick, pourable consistency.
