he is quite amazing, i must say. no matter how familiar one is with yoga, it`s a good re-minder that sometimes: one good inhale & one good exhale - is all you need.

Well, i wouldn't put it quite that simply, one needs a nice shot of scotch to remember why a good inhale ( of a good cigar) is worthwhile taking in..
