That would solve a lot of problems for him if he really didn't like his son-in-law, except that it puts his daughter at risk of contracting TB also I guess. Maybe he thought it would take it's toll before the guy returned to the states.

Maybe he did. I jus thought it was kind of "random" how this guy just had to have the most dangerous strain of TB...and his would be father in law happens to currently study the disease.

Sounds like a nother episode from some TV show. My guess is that it's going to air right after the ASTRO-NUT saga.
