Carers must be looked after in the kindest way. They save the gov a fortune, embarrassment and give better care than any could for their loved ones (or people with needs who are not family members.) Last year the British put on a big effort recognizing the work carers do. I suppose this is the sort of situation where selfish people need some education through time doing the work that carers do.
