Wow! Cheerful! We're at the point where everything is bad. Nobody believes in the future. Feels horrible, though. And for states and local governments, it's just starting because of the lag time involved with collecting tax revenues.

If anyone had the guts to be a contrarian and swim against the tide, it would seem that the time is at hand.
