It looks bad but I'm not going to react emotionally without knowing all the inside facts. Like, Why did they build on questionable land in the first place? Even if Israel's claim on this part of Jerusalem is wrong, (legally or morally) it makes sense to establish an abode on ground you can feel more secure about. Then fight for correcting the potential wrong concerning E.Jerusalem. Why do some Palestinians feel the political payoff of a snapshot/film of "wailing to the sky" victimhood is worth intentionally putting themselves in the path of destruction?
Palestine is seeing rising economy and business thriving right now. I predict very soon a rash of Palestinian bombings as they can't allow success. They MUST remain victims.
