This is astonishing. However increased oxygen means use in healthy cells would increase time before anaerobic cellular respiration. I am guessing it won't be long before they have to check for artificial blood when doing steroid checks. Also I would wonder what the long tern effect would be on the liver, more Oxygen means increased levels of free radicals and quicker liver deterioration (similar to aspirin I would venture a guess.)

Oh, I used to love the Chris Farley Show on SNL (my favorite would have to be Martin Scorsese or Jeff Daniels.)
