Looked at these a few times and it has to be alien life. Same sort of thing as the astronaut losing his toolbag recently. Fear, that this shows alien life both as existing and being able to drop things we can't understand, has stopped publicity of these finds until recently, when we began trying to communicate with other life forms in the cosmos. the Antikythera mechanism is astonishing.
