dorine says: Good news. very interesting, especially since my pediatrician is totally against giving kids juice-- i've successfully avoided juice with my 3 yr old daughter- she's a water drinker--but perhaps some juice in the mix wouldn't be the worst thing after all. fruit juices are very sweet, mixing with water is a good idea. fresh fruits are naturally diluted. fruits should be eaten alone. and never consume too much at once. fenugreek herbal tea seems to alleviates the condition. during winter use 'cool mist' humidifier. during spring, get in the bathroom but out of the tub, turn on the cold shower and inhale for few minutes. please consult your pediatrician or doctor before adopting the above suggestions. : ) |
