I really thought that Mother's Day was only an American Holiday. I'm happy to see it celebrated all over the world. My Mom passed away a couple of years ago, and I miss her, and celebrating Mother's Day with her.

I phoned my mom but she wasn't home. My daughter phoned me and invited me over for supper. Her boyfriend is cooking. I'll have to stop on the way home for some Pepto Bismal, Everything he cooks is over-cooked and deep fried. French fries are a vegetable. It's the thought that counts. I'm bringing a cake for my grandchildren to write on for their mon.
