The video of Obama's speech can be found on YouTube. I was highly impressed. I totally agree with him "we're no longer a Christian nation. At least not just." -- and I'm a non-denom Christian minister. It never really WAS a "Christian nation," it was a melting pot where Christianity was predominant. Now, the equal status of other religions is coming more into play. Ye, it wasn't a lot of Christianity that was shown to earlier Catholics. Muslims turn now, followed by... Well, which religion has America in its present difficulties in the Middle East? Backlash acoming. |
