Door deze garantstelling kan de rente zo'n 1% omlaag. De regeling geldt voor eigenaar/bewoners. U mag het energiebesparingskrediet combineren met andere bestaande regelingen op het gebied van energiebesparing. Wanneer maatregelen bijvoorbeeld ook onderdeel zijn van de regeling groenprojecten (zoals zonnepanelen en zonneboilers) kan de rente nog eens 3% omlaag. Een ander voorbeeld is een combinatie met de BTW verlaging op isolatiemateriaal en -werkzaamheden. Ook deze maatregel mag u combineren met het energiebesparingskrediet. Voor deze garantie is 35 miljoen euro beschikbaar.
