Undoubtedly. I'm very grateful for having been born in the United States of America in the late 20th century.

And keep in mind, Sam, that these courts - both the Beth Din & the Sharia courts - deal only with civil issues and are fully voluntary. No one can be compelled against their will to have their case heard in a religious court in Britain. Or the United States, for that matter. We have Beth Din courts here, too.
