When you suffer, suffer

Good one. I think most of us try to avoid this at all costs.

Clarissa Pinkola Estes penned a good phrase on pain and healing: 'Tears are a river that really take you somewhere'.....my experience is that suffering can too.

Thank You very much for providing this link. There are many things to ponder about here, although at first sight I'd disagree with "Stop reading magazines". But almost all the rest are it.

along similar lines as cedana287, i disagree with "stop watching the news"........but yes, most of this advice is spot on for me too!
