One has to wonder why the obvious nature of Kyoto is not acknowledged given these figures. This is not a secret. The US exceeds Kyoto Nations every year in reducing emissions. I think it is time they answer for their failure. The hypocrisy and envy disgusts me. The only purpose of Kyoto is to target America's wealth. It is one thing that America is so generous and another to become the abused target of ungrateful nations. Perhaps we have spoiled them.
