funny... it's amazing the length some users will go. Many times I've had calls from clients who'd say something like "I've tried this at least 15 times and it comes up with the same error"; or another classic after I take care of their problem in 15 seconds - "I've been trying to fix this for the past 3 hours". Usually then I'd ask "Why didn't you call me immediately when the problem started", with the typical response being "I thought I could do this by myself.". Users!
