You can patent genes and life now, remember. Remember how Monsanto sued, when some of their genetically modified crops blew into the fields of a regular farmer and cross-pollinated his fields? They will get their money for sure. You can patent everything, but a full-born human being. They'll own your arse after you're born anyway, so no need for patents there anyway.
