Take the incident of Andy Miller, the Sandgrown 79 yo pensioner who was having to clean toilets to make ends meet- who was hounded to death by bailiffs instructed by Blackpool's magistrate court to extract a £60 speeding fine to this worthless piece of human flesh!<BR />It makes one wonder who or what kind of mindless libertarian you are to be to become a magistrate.  The less said about your councillors remarks the better...</DIV>
