Officers couldn't figure out what to do with a truck full of live rats. An officer was originally called to an apartment complex on Maple Avenue to check out an abandoned truck. The investigating officer found the truck to be full of live rats and called out the hazmat team. While officers were determining a course of action, the truck's driver showed up and cleared up the mess.
