masbury says: Ahmadinejad may be losing support; could be new day for Iran. Will the US sink Khatami again? Does it suit the US and the Zionist to have the hardline Ahmadinejad instead of the moderate cleric. Moderate cleric doesn't quite fit with rabid Muslims, does it?! The US is running short of boogiemen to frighten the citizens with. Chávez's newest amigo in El Salvador might do. Yes, in all likelihood the USA could have negotiated with Khatami and all this Iran nonsense would never have come up; but Bush wouldn't listen, perhaps because Khatami seemed like a person instead of merely an enemy. I sure do hope Obama is above that; I think he is. Who determines US foreign policy? AIPAC, the first port of call on election? |
