Neat - I never knew this was in here! Really neat secret! Reminds me of an old Commodore 64 font editor, in GEOS I think it was, which I used to use a lot. custom fonts will not be available to other systems unless they are installed there can anyone explain how to use it? We are sorry, but the item you've requested was removed from Metacafe. ohh I got it. cool Cool, but how does it work? Hwo would have known? Nice ... I have been working on a logo to put into a favicon and this looks just like the thing I need. Cool!!! 230th *POP* DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT A CLIPBOARD IS , AND WHERE IS IT ON THE SYSTEM ??? THANK U JOEY MON DEC 11 , 2006 8:30 AM It's the thing that stores what you have copied "ctrl+c". You can then later paste "ctrl+v" the contents of it onto ablack memo like this. Guess what? I actually have heard about this program before, but, thanks for reminding me about it! I have been trying to remember what it was called. THANKS! Please someone, xplain how to use this!! Or just google "eudcedit" Here's another goodie if you're into creating self extracting installation files: Start -> Run -> Iexpress And Cipher.exe This utility detects whether files on an NTFS partition are encrypted with Windows’ EFS (Encrypting File System). You can also use it to encrypt and decrypt files or folders. If you encrypt a folder, any files that are subsequently added are automatically encrypted too. The encrypted files can only be read, copied or altered by their owner or an administrator. If you run the Cipher program without using any parameters, it just shows the encryption status of the files in the current directory: ‘E’ before the file name in the results means Encrypted, U means Unencrypted. If, for example, you want to securely encrypt all the folders in c:\secure, then type the comm... And Msg.exe The msg command allows to you send text messages to one or more users on the same network. If you want to send the message to a specific user, then you should also specify the name of the computer they are currently logged on to. The message text will appear in a dialogue box on the target computer’s desktop, as long as the Messenger service is running on both PCs – note that this is not the instant-messaging application Windows Messenger, but a separate service. For example, if you want to send a message to the user named Hubert on the computer called Riverside, type this command into the command prompt window: msg hubert /SERVER:riverside Then type in the me... And mPlayer2 for a simple basic media player if WMP 9 or 10 aren't to you're liking. Collected, found (and used) from various sites. Google "XP hidden features" for example and there's more to be found. This is old. I found this when searching in the Help when I was 12 years. It's useless since no one have the characthers you make. If you're going to make a font you need Fontgrapher for Mac. Well, not everbody might be as sassy as you. I've also known these things for eons, but that doesn't mean everybody else does! Some people, unlike me, have a life ya know! Interesting! And there are companies who want you to pay for such programs! this is sick Works in Vista also |
