invictus says: Some book recommendations about "introduction to quantum physics" here. See also the comments to the post, at the source site. The book "In Search of Schrödinger's Cat" by John Gribbin is pretty good. Ive read the first few parts and the quantum cookery kinda went over my head, but over all I recommend it. A forewarning though is that it is a little out-dated, it was wrote back sometime in the '80's and is more or less a history of quantum weirdness. It does give slight biography's of some of histories major quantum cooks such as: Max Plank, Niels Bohr, J.J. Thompson, Albert Einstein, et cetera. |
