How can Law be respected that offers no respect. It doesn't deserve that luxury. No doubt the raw products are imported.
Will it be Legalized? Does the pharmaceutical industry have money? Of course Legislators will claim they are only approving it on "Medical" or perhaps "Pharmaceutical" advice where the (cash) benefits out weigh the losses. It's almost as though the "Law" contends that people exist for the sake of the "Law" and the primary responsibility of the people is to be consumers that are contributing to an economy.
