What is your solution?

Should the US invade Honduras? Should the CIA plot assassinations? What about an Iraq style embargo? Should the United States deny foods or medicines? Something else?

Are those actions acceptable now that Obama is President? The US (and Spain) have a rotten history of the use of violence and coercion in the The Americas.

A terrible fact, is that people are dying everywhere from war, hunger and disease, all sad, terrible and disgusting outcomes of human behavior. Violence begets violence.

Dead right Zizzy, I fully agree that violence is not the answer, but putting pressure on the illegal Govt may lead the Honduran people to believe that they have not been abandoned to their destiny and give them some moral support as well as pressuring the Coup people to back down.

If Obama and his Govt are working behind the scenes, then great and good for him. It is just not the type of US politics we are used to seeing.
