Religion needs to be questioned and dismissed. We need to stop "not talking about it", and start bringing it up whenever possible... except at work, if you can help it.

I am a worshiper of the centuries old dead carpenter guy and I agree with him. Forcing a faith on someone is never right. A true follower of Christ, in my case, would never want to force a conversion on anyone. Any "Christian" who does or tries is absolutly wrong in any context. Coming to Christ is not about being forced, but of ones free will that God has given to all of us. God lets us choose.

I'm sorry to hear that you worship a centuries old dead carpenter that most likely never existed.

You can't force your beliefs on anyone, you can only share your ideas and opinions - there is nothing wrong with that.

However, I wish more xians wouldn't spread their bs like you say they shouldn't - this world would be a better place without people running around with imaginary friends; like your god!

Excellent letter; succinct, and expresses exactly what religious freedom, and freedom of speech entails.

It can be hard to distinguish a passionate opinion from faith,We cannot know what has been seen or felt by others. It is our faith in ourselves, and each other, that allows us to believe we can have an insight into other people's situation. People are not impressed when their faith is challenged. Whether we have the right to worship in our own way, depends on it not being forced on others, that our faith should should not interfere with another's or be to their disadvantage. I have seen people argue a point for some time, before seeing that they really believed the same thing, but t...

fudzzz,

What makes you think that I don't have an imagination?
I have a great imagination.

However, it's wrong to have your imagination dictate how reality is. You then don't have truth. If you feel this is the role of imagination; to interpret reality; then you are an idiot.

No, the world would be a better place without idiots like you who don't know how to think logically.

Mushinronjya, you truly do have your head up your ass if you took what I said seriously. I was twisting the words from your last post to make a joke. You couldn't even see that.

I suggest you go develop a sense of humor.

You should let people know you're joking, that didn't go over too well, my bad.
