wurdzgurl says: I drink both. I like a full flavored black tea for breakfast then a refreshing green tea throughout the day. not a big green tea fan-- but i think i should revisit that and give it another try...i get sick of black tea after a while I have to agree that green tea is not a fav, either. It doesn't taste llike the "regular" tea I've grown up with. But given all the research on green tea, it might be wise to enjoy it as a health drink, instead of thinking of it as a replacement for black tea. Plus, now it's in all different forms, bottled and meant to be drunk cold, etc. It certainly would do no harm, and probably a lot of good, to drink more of it! When I first started drinking green tea I wasn't a fan of it myself. At the time I made myself drink it to help boost my metabolism (I had just had a baby and was trying to lose the extra weight that I had put on) I think after awhile of drinking it I developed a taste for it and actually find it refreshing now. screw black and green tea white tea is the way to go. its the most powerful tea out there. OMG ArthurDwayne, you forgot to put the bag in the cup. I started drinking green tea 18 months ago and lost 30 lbs. Now, I'm down to my normal size and feel great. Also helped eliminating ice cream, all sweets, started yoga, walking, and eating a salad for lunch every day. The pounds shed off steadily. Green Tea is better (for me atleast) because of the anti-oxidants. Black tea keeps me awake, and Chammomile tea helps me stay chamm. |
