It is not so much that America is asleep, as information over load. People are numb and programmed to believe in a false sense of security.
I give Bush credit for being the front man in all of this. What a terrible weight it must be, on him. As good does not exist without evil, (evil being the backward spelling of LIVE) one would not know one without the other. The Yin/Yang if you will.
Rather than bash what is not preferred, or focus on what is evil, focus on the good and what is for the highest and best of all concerned. When we do not know the answer to this, or cannot define the "good" that is where I give it up to the unseen presence of creation, call IT what you will, Sugmad, Buddha, Z...
