Proposed Law Protects Right to Organize, Bargain Collectively

An absolute must and has to be there to count at the next election, as the GOP would surely delete the act unless there is enough voting pressure. Could ebsure that a lot of workers would stick with the Democrats.
Though here, the workers have lost hard earned rights as workers have become more conservative and paid the price. Sad when you look at the proud history of the Unions. They'll be back.

I have to say that I am happy to see this comment. There is more misinformation about this simple bit of common-sense law than anything I have seen in several decades. I think these kinds of laws-- making it easier for workers to organize-- may well be the most important and long lasting contribution of the Obama administration. I hope he keeps supporting these 'bottom up' initiatives...
