Yes, it seems that 21st century business is depending on the internet and computers in general for business communication and applications.

I personally was surprised to read of the charges for internet service in Russia being the same or comparable to American charges for service. Russia, in my lifetime, has been so closed and proprietary about their business, that it was a pleasure to read something about the costs of services for their people.
