The nutters like to point out the tiny handful of people who come from other countries to America to get treatment there (almost exclusively because they can pay extra to "jump the line"), but they suddenly lose their sense of humour when you point out that hundreds of thousands of Americas leave America to get inexpensive and/or superior healthcare that they can't get in the US.
