The Old County Gaol in Buckingham was built in 1748 when Buckingham was hoping to remain as the county town, and although historically an important town, that status was awarded to the larger and expanding Aylesbury further south, and Buckingham remained a small market town, albeit with a grand medieval-style gaol in the centre of town. After many years of uncertainty about its future it is now a local museum.

Spent 4 days in prison once and I don't recommend it. Solitary as well will make you bats.You lose all sense of time.Before you ask,I blew a stop sign right in front of a police station(at 2 miles an hour) with a blood alcohol level of .19.

people pay to be in prison...people pay to visit the disaster struck areas...people pay for things evil and unnatural and people...God knows, what all the kinds of people inhabit the mother earth?
