America, used to be a great place and in our colorful history, we had never invaded a sovereign nation, with out a real need, and an invitation by the oppressed peoples of that nation. It's too easy to hate Americans for simply being Americans. We are afraid to travel, we mourn the loss of all this life, and we pray daily for a real solution to the worlds problems, but thats not enough.
So here's the challenge- Anyone of any age in the entire world, offer a real solution- If it requires the sacrifice of life, I will stand at the front of that line. But to hate all Americans for being American is as ludicrous as George's plans for future financial stability. I want to be a citizen of the world- and I would die so my children could know that world-
So there you have it. Does anyone have a solution?
Try to remember that if a Good Man actually gets into office, you will either find him dead of with a group of orphaned gay children in his home. The power behind the whitehouse won't allow anyone to sit there that doesn't play the "good ol boy" network game. So again- What's the answer? The terror tactics used in the invasion of Iraq have rebounded. Maybe for the better or all the free world would by now be bowing before Emperor George. Think, if Hezbollah hadn't whipped the IDF that Syria at least would be under the Israel jackboot by now. So maybe there is a just god keeping an eye on his favourite Nazi so he doesn't bring about the end of the world.

The environment? He does seem determined to achieve the end anyhow. This is depressing me so I'll for now look at some photos of our beautiful earth while we still have it. Anon.

I love my kids more than my own life, and I suppose that there is still some idealistic fire in my blood. We have (pro-bono) produced a great deal of multi-band festivals for all kinds of charity relief, from Katrina to the X-mas Tsunami and the annual kids toys thing ( toys for tots ) in Montana, because we care as a community and because I care as an individual.
Why wouldn't the many Americans like me, feel as strongly as I do? I should think so- I don't see that protecting and pursuing wealth to the exclusion of all things good about mankind as wise or strong or anything but spoiled. A spoiled child that doesn't share. That is the power behind the white house and a blind junkie with nerve damage could see that with a minimal amount of effort. Again, I have no solution. We didn't vote for the guy, and he sent my oldest son to war in the desert for a lie. For personal gain. I've said this before- Mr. Bush, If you are going to put my son's life in harms way, I would be grateful if you didn't lie to me about why. As a veteran I know that if the man says go, you go- but as a parent I want a leader that won't lie about why. There are a huge # of parents that will never see their sons and daughters ever again for oil and personal revenge.

In closing, I would like to see Mr. Bush answer to a world court as Saddam did. A jury of soldiers parents, an audience of Iraqi mothers and survivors, and a judge from anywhere but here. I should apologize to RightHand- my comment on the comic strip was not targeting any Irish Nationals. It was directed at Irish Americans that have suffered American prejudice to help make it the great country it was. We are proud over hear and we don't fear or loath the sorts of comments that I made.
