Amazing that people now ask for governmental help to take care of their children. Not too long ago this was completely unthinkable - why let somebody else take care of YOUR children.

Its a different story today though. People cry out for their government to take care of their children.

This has not happened by coincidence. Read Lord Russells' books on education. In them he says that the government must take over the roll of parents if it is to maintain societal control.
