Reading of the Birth of Christ today I was struck by the stories. And the master plan of God and it's flawless execution. I can almost hear Mary relating the journey on the donkey to her children. And not being able to find a place to stay that night. Can you imagine the shepherds in the field witnessing the Angelic party above and hearing the good news! Motivating them to go and see for themselves and share what they had heard. And Simeon and Anna, how the Holy Spirit had spoken and filled them. Simply Beautiful. It made me think also of how we tell stories of our own experiences of each child's birth. Can you imagine Mary's scare at losing Jesus on the journey home!! Each story never grows old and our family's always love to hear them. Take a moment today to remember what God has done for us in Christ's Birth.
